About Shandel

Shandel Brown is a Program Manager with Thinkwell Shift, where she has worked for more than a decade. Her work has included Green Schools Nova Scotia and the Efficient Product Installation program, as well as serving as an energy navigator for residents of the Halifax Regional Municipality. Shandel holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Quest University Canada and a Master's in Environment and Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo. Originally from Alberta, she now lives on a fifth-generation farm in Margaree, Cape Breton, with her husband and three children.
